071215_IN_AnderpinoPark, rehabbed mid-century home of Richie Arpino (owner of the Richie Arpino salon in Buckhead) and his partner Mitchell Anderson (owner of the MetroFresh cafe in Midtown). The couple gutted and began renovting their Morningside abode 10 years ago and now call it (almost) complete now that it is finally furnished and landscaped to their mutual satisfaction and the disparate tastes and attitudes.
