Shawna Stone, a retired Marine, has experienced multiple problems with VA medical services Wednesday, Oct 7, 2020. Most recently, Piedmont, the third vendor the VA referred her to, requested Stone to schedule a follow-up breast cancer appointment. After months of phone calls, letters and emails Stone still cannot make an appointment through the VA and does not know what the doctors are concerned about.
